At R2 Hosting, we strive to provide the best support you can experience in setting up, maintaining and growing your web site. We provide many ways to help you with your web hosting accounts.

While we provide a number of different support contact methods to clients, we would like to point out that the only official, guaranteed method of reporting problems is our online Support Ticket System; we can not guarantee that problems reported in any other method will be received or addressed.

Please review the Tutorials, Knowledge Base and the Community Forums before submitting a help desk ticket. This saves you time and reduce the work load and thus increase response time for help desk tickets and support email response.

Community Forums
We provide a forum for our customers to discuss any topics related to web hosting, web design, development, scripting, programming, marketing etc. Feel free to join and ask questions, help others and share your tips and experience!

Solutions to the most common problems:
* Not receiving email.
 
1. If you have created a separate pop email account in cPanel, you must use the full email address (e.g. yourname+yourdomain.com.au) as the username to check it via either Webmail or an email client.
2. Check that you have not exceeded your disk quota. Email will only be delivered to your mailbox if there is space available in your account. You can check your disk quota and how your disk space is being used with cPanel's Disk Usage tool. You can use an FTP client to delete files to free up space or alternatively contact us to upgrade your account or purchase extra space.
* Internal Server Error with CGI-scripts. Make sure the script has been uploaded in ASCII format (not binary) and that the permissions have been set to make the script executable (usually 755).
* Can no longer upload files. Check that you have disk space available.
* Still showing site from previous host. It will take 18-48 hours before your website becomes visible after you have modifed the nameservers. You can track if the change has been made correctly by using an independent DNS lookup tools such as
    DNS Stuff
    Check DNS
